How Does it Work?

What does Shirts on Deck do?

We work with current and former athletes to craft a personalized mascot inspired by the athlete's hometown. The design is a collaborative effort with the athlete.

What design style is the mascot created in?

The custom mascot will be shaped following the athlete's input. It will take on the design style of past defunct minor league baseball teams to evoke a nostalgic, retro aesthetic.

How does Shirts On Deck support my charity?

We donate a percentage of every sale to a charity, foundation, organization, scholarship, or group of the athletes choosing.

What products do we offer?

We offer deluxe and luxury apparel choices for t-shirts, long sleeve tees, and hoodies to highlight your custom hometown mascot.

Do you only create designs for baseball players?

While our primary emphasis is on the baseball community, we are open to designing for athletes or others involved in other sports to support their causes and bring attention to their hometowns.
